General Instructions

Welcome to the Online Admission & Seat Booking Portal of Bharadwaja Educational Institutions.
Applicants and parents are requested to read all instructions carefully before proceeding with the online admission and seat booking process.

The online application process is designed to simplify admission registration, seat reservation, document submission, and payment confirmation.

1. Student Basic Details

Applicants must fill in all required student information accurately in the online application form.

Required details include:

• Class / Course Selection
• Student Full Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Student Photograph Upload

Important:

• Ensure the mobile number and email ID entered are active and accessible.
• All future communication regarding admission, verification, payment confirmation, and updates will be shared through the registered contact details.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays during the admission process.

2. Parent / Guardian Details

Applicants are required to provide valid parent or guardian information for communication and verification purposes.

Required details include:

• Father / Guardian Name
• Father Mobile Number
• Mother Mobile Number

Note:

• Parent / Guardian contact details should be valid and reachable.
• The institution may contact parents or guardians regarding admission verification, fee confirmation, or further formalities.

3. Upload Required Documents

Applicants must upload the required documents for admission and verification purposes.

Mandatory Document:

• Aadhaar Card / Valid Government ID Proof (Compulsory)

Supporting Documents:

• Previous Academic Certificates / Marks Memos
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Bonafide / Study Certificate
• Passport Size Photograph
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
• Income Certificate (If Applicable)

Document Upload Instructions:

• Applicants may upload:
  • All documents combined into a single PDF file, or
  • Submit the remaining documents later during the admission verification process.
• Uploaded files must be clear, readable, and valid.
• Avoid uploading blurred, incomplete, or password-protected files.

Important:

Failure to provide mandatory documents may affect admission approval and seat confirmation.

4. Online Seat Booking Payment

After completing the application form, applicants must proceed with the Online Seat Booking / Admission Fee payment using the available online payment methods.

Payment Instructions:

• Seat reservation will be confirmed only after successful payment completion.
• Applicants are advised to verify payment details carefully before proceeding.
• Keep sufficient balance available while making the payment transaction.

Important Note:

• Submission of the application alone does not confirm admission or seat allotment.
• Seat booking confirmation is subject to successful payment verification by the institution.

5. Confirmation, Payment Reference & Admission Verification

After successful application submission and payment completion:

• The application will be processed successfully.
• A unique Payment Reference ID / Application Reference Number will be generated automatically.
• Applicants are advised to download, print, or save the payment receipt and application confirmation copy for future reference.

The generated reference details may be required for:

• Admission Verification
• Document Submission
• Fee Confirmation
• Future Communication with the Institution
• Final Admission Process

Further Updates:

Admission status updates and verification notifications will be shared through:

• Registered Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Student Login Portal
